This download is NOT an update, it is the ENTIRE KANINE II program and can be installed as a new install or can be used as an upgrade (This will import your records from KANINE 2.0 and higher). This downloadable file contains the most current version of KANINE II (Version 2.5). Please let us know immediately if you encounter any problems with KANINE II or any other Code Blue Designs software.

NOTE: These are ZIP files. To open and install the file once downloaded you must have "Winzip"  or another like program installed. You can download Winzip from several locations on the internet. Winzip Homepage.

  Please remember that the KANINE II software must be installed in only one location on your agencies network. Each accessing terminal must only have a shortcut to the installed KANINE 2.5.mde file, as well as having the necessary runtime files installed.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE VERSION 2.5 INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER, MAKE A COPY OF THE EXISTING KANINE 2.5 FOLDER PRIOR TO DOWNLOADING THIS NEWER VERSION. THE FOLDER TYPICALLY RESIDES IN " C:\Program files\ KANINE 2.5".
