The Range Qualification Tracking module provides everything your agency needs to
manage your officer’s firearms qualifications. The latest release of this module allows
the agency to select employees that are required to qualify with any firearm. Once
designated as ‘Required to qualify’, the proper qualification requirements can be
assigned to the employee so that the system can track whether or not the officer is
current with all of their required qualifications.
The module allows each officer to have an unlimited
number of qualification requirements as well as an
unlimited number of actual qualification records,
whether or not the qualification is actually used to
satisfy a requirement.
The module also enables the user to easily locate
records and goes to great lengths to notify the user
which requirements are current, or non-current.
Additionally, the firearms module not only provides a report that shows the status of
all assigned requirements, by officer, it also provides reports that show required, but
non-current qualifications that you can take to the range with you to manage and
record your agency’s needed qualifications.
