The last name search box allows the user to quickly locate employee Firearms records in cases where the are many
employees. The “Last Name Search’ box can be found at the bottom right portion of the screen and can be used by simply
typing in all or part of a last name and then hitting the ‘Enter’ key. the system will then attempt to locate a match and will switch
to ‘Search’ mode. This mode basically indicates that all employee records are not being displayed due to the filtering action of
the search that has been performed. Click forward or backwards on the mode selector buttons will take the user back to the ‘By
Person’ mode, in which all employees will be displayed in the list.
