At Code Blue Designs, we do our very best to ensure that our software is
running at it's best for you at all times. Should you have a problem with
either our software, or the runtime files that it depends on, we stand
ready to assist you. Below, you'll find our support plans detailed for each
of our products as well as support offered to all Code Blue Designs
customers.
At Code Blue Designs, program enhancement requests can be made by
any registered user. Each enhancement request will be evaluated on a
case by case basis. If we feel that the enhancement is a feature that is
feasible, will benefit many of our customer agencies, and is in line with the
product, we will add the enhancement free of any charge. Program
enhancements are always put in place at our discretion

Anyone using any Code Blue Designs Software product may report a
bug, or glitch in the software. Code Blue Designs makes it a top priority to
address any reported software problems and post a software update that
fixes the problem as soon as possible. Most reported bugs are repaired,
with a subsequent update posted to the internet within 24 hours.
Questions about installing a Code Blue Designs product are always
welcome. We want our products to be installed and running for your
agency as quickly as possible. Large agencies that will need assistance
with a multiple handler installation will require the purchase of Standard
Support.
Software usage questions- Although we make every attempt to include
easy to understand documentation for our products, we are more than
happy to help those with standard support work through an issue that
they do not understand.
Multiple user installation assistance- We will walk you through the steps
necessary to setup and run the software in a multi-user environment for
either network based data or remote data using any built in export
functionality.
Live remote Assistance- If you have an issue that can't be resolved over
the phone, we can assist you remotely via the internet with our remote
assistance tools.
Standard support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard
Time
Reduced fees for User's Meetings- Agencies with standard support can
attend Code Blue Designs Software User's meetings at a reduced price.
Standard support can be purchased for 20% of software base price
yearly
