They are as follows:•Log a Vehicle Stop button- This button simply automatically creates a Daily Log record and marks the Entry Type as a Vehicle Stop. The user can then enter information for the location of the stop and information about reason for the stop, or other desired information, in the Log Entryfield.•Log a Building Checkbutton- This is essentially a one button building check entry creator. Clicking this button creates a new Daily Log record entry, opens the selection list so that you can either type or select the name of the business or place where the security check has taken place. The system then completes the entry automatically with building check specific information. Although this process will automatically insert standard text into the Log Entry field, stating that the building was checked and found to be secure, the user can alter this entry or append information to the back of the entry to suit the circumstances.•Change Character Case- This feature changers all text in the Log Entry field to either all CAPS, or to proper case structure. This allows the user to type in all capital letters and then later change the entry to proper casing (ie, first letter capitalized).•New Note- This button creates a new Daily Log Note type entry for the user.•View all of my Notes- Quickly displays all entries marked as Note type entries that were entred by the currently logged in user.
